My 6-year-old has been eyeing the stack of Judy Moody books sitting on our bookshelf for two years. She’s almost ready for them, but not quite yet.
Prank You Very Much is the first book we’ve read in the Judy Moody and Friends series (there are 12 so far), but my daughter is hooked. This series is perfect for newly independent readers. I was able to hand it off without any worries, and the giggles coming from the other room confirmed that it’s an engaging and entertaining read.
A few notes from my 6-year-old — “It’s so funny! The hand in the toilet prank is the best. I love the pictures.”
