In Little Mo and the Great Snow Monster author/illustrator Michael Foreman adds a magical twist to prehistoric times. At first, the book appears to just be the tale of courage and standing up to larger foes, but the final spread also gives some basic information on prehistoric evolution.
Little Mo and the Great Snow Monster is a fun read-aloud, and Foreman’s beautiful watercolor illustrations are full of energy.
